Haida Group's predecessor was "Taizhou Haida Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd.", founded in July 2003, which is a professional manufacturer of "self sealing bags and zipper bags" series products. After more than 20 years of lean management, the company has developed into a large-scale enterprise in China and even the Asia Pacific region, with its independent brand "Haoyide" ranking among the top three in the domestic sales list.
The company's sealed bag factory covers an area of 50000 square meters and has more than 400 employees, of which 10% are engaged in production technology and quality control, 15% are engaged in e-commerce sales, and 2.5% are engaged in product export. The factory layout strictly follows GMP production environment design and quality management standards. It has three food and medicine packaging production workshops and warehouses with energy-saving, high-efficiency, and environmentally friendly production requirements, covering an area of approximately 43000 square meters. It is equipped with several sets of production and testing equipment such as "blown film, printing, bag making, packaging, and laboratory", and has the production and sales capacity of 20000 tons of food and medicine grade "self sealing bags and zipper bags" series products annually, with a turnover of 60 million US dollars.
The company has a complete and rigorous production management system and quality control system. For many years, it has passed multiple quality and environmental system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22716, ISO13485, BRC, BRC-CP, BSCI, Nodic Swan, GMPc, FDA, EPA, Disney, and Hello Kitty, as well as brand authorization. It is committed to providing customers with high-quality, highly competitive products, after-sales services, and technical support.
